Manual operated low voltage knife switches are used in electric power distribution system equipments. They can achieve visible separation to ensure safety to operate the devices.
a) The connection and disconnection under load of electrical systems;
b) The sectionalization of the low voltage electrical lines and ensuring the safety of changing conductors.

- Altitude: no higher than 2000m above seal level;
- Ambient temperature: no higher than +40℃, and no less than -30℃;
- Relative humidity of air: no higher than 95%;
- Working in medium without explosive dangerous matter, and also no corrosive as well as destructive medium to ferrous parts (including conducting dust);
- No obvious shaking or vibration location.
